Wheat Pudding
Here is the delicious healthy wheat pudding recipe for you
Ingredients needed
Broken sooji wheat - 1cup
Cow milk - 2cup
Condensed milk - half a tin
China Grass - 10g
vanilla essence
Cherry - 10
Crushed almonds - 10
Cooking method
Soak broken sooji wheat for2 hours in water & take wheat milk by beating it in mixer. Filter the milk & keep aside. After soaking China grass in water heat the mixture with constant stirring. Pour the cow milk into wheat-milk, mix thoroughly & heat it in low flame with continuous stirring. Pour condensed milk slowly into the mixture with quick stirring. After the mixture got thickened, add china grass mixture. As the contents became sticky add !1 spoon of vanilla essence. Take care to stir well through out the procedure. Pour into a pudding tray & let it cool. Decorate with cherry & almond. Keep in refrigerator for setting. Delicious pudding is ready,Enjoy!
